This 6,000 s.f. Spanish style residence is located in Newport Beach, CA. The rear balcony captures a breath taking view of Newport Harbor and the front yard incorporates a unique shaped pool with coped edges and hand painted tile trim.

Mr. Funch designed this residence with whimsical colored glass bottles set in domed skylights. Brick caps and hand made wrought iron accent the hand troweled plaster interior and exterior finish. Also adorned with hand carved Mexican stone door frames.
